Clutch Service Request – PLEASE READ

Planning to send in your clutch to Boninfante for servicing, adjustment, upgrade, or as a core? Please complete the Service Request form below.
Note: If sending a previously built Boninfante clutch, the “SO #” (Sales Order #) is the 5-digit number.

After completing this form, hit the “Send” button and a copy will be automatically be emailed to you – check your spam folder if it does not arrive. Please PRINT that email and place a copy in the box with your converter before shipping.

    - Please complete this form BEFORE sending any clutches to Boninfante.
    - IF POSSIBLE, INCLUDE THE TRACKING # OF THE SHIPMENT ON THE ONLINE FORM.
    - Ship to Boninfante Friction, 555 Industrial Park Dr., Yeadon, PA 19050
    - If provided, place the Return Shipping label on the outside of the box with SO# clearly visible.
    - Contact us to let us know that your clutch is being shipped.
    - We recommend that you keep your shipper’s tracking number in case of delays.
